Our Finance department is made up of a team of professionals to manage the company’s resources so it can meet its strategic goals. This is done through financial planning, management and putting in place controls to support the entity as a whole, ensuring that the company grows.

The administrations function of the business is responsible for general admin and facilities section of the business. The function is managed under the finance department.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY

The team leads business through fourth Industrial revolution by aligning business processes and functions with the ever-evolving technology. The workforce within the ICT department supports five business units that operate for extended hours. The team is at the forefront of technological solutions and innovation, always keeping up with the technological trends.
Our Business Development Department is made up of a team of professionals from Business, Public Relations, Communications and Sales.
The department is responsible for generating ideas, initiatives and activities aimed towards growing the businesses. This includes increasing revenue growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
The department is also tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing of marketing, branding, Communications and Public Relations concepts, which contributes to building the MRI Brand and its five business units.
GLOBAL MEDICAL SERVICES
The GMS comprises of outpatient clinics, Occupational health clinics and remote site clinics. This business unit comprises of professionals from Doctors (GPs, occupational health practitioners, emergency practitioners), Nurses, Paramedics and auxiliary healthcare assistants. Simply the Global Medical Services (GMS) team is at the forefront of MRI’s Prime health brand. Our service centres span from across the whole country from Gaborone, Jwaneng, Letlhakane, Maun, Palapye, CKGR, Kasane, Francistown and Tsabong. We offer a wealth of opportunities for a diverse workforce in our pursuit of building comprehensive medical services.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
The EMS department is tasked with the responsibility of responding to daily emergencies related to health and accidents. The team comprises of professionals from diverse backgrounds led by a team of Doctors and Paramedics and Nurses. Apart from the highly skilled personnel, the department operates through rapid response vehicles, ambulances, a dedicated air ambulance and access to helicopters to ensure the most efficient and effective response possible.
