Medical Officer
Dr Mpelo Mokgwathi holds a Bachelor of Science & Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University in Grenada. She has 8 years’ experience working as a Medical Officer and is currently employed by MRI Botswana at Prime Health Clinic. In this capacity she provides patient level care for different medical conditions. Her passion and medical expertise are evident in her work and was recognized for excellent customer service in 2022 (MRI Gold Standard). She has experience working in the field of HIV medicine, both in her current and previous work scope. In 2021 she underwent training for Advanced HIV care, which was facilitated by the Ministry of Health and BUMMHI.
